This is the ideal offering for artists, writers, performers, or curious humans who want to stretch creatively, try on new perspectives, and explore what happens when you give voice to the parts of yourself you’ve never fully met.
THE MIRROR ROOM is a six week journey into archetypes, expression and creative embodiment rooted in method acting, voice work, and creative storytelling.
This container is designed for anyone curious about stepping into someone else’s shoes, not to escape themselves, but to understand themselves more deeply.
Each week, you’ll be guided through dramaturgical exercises, somatic voice practices, and character development techniques to build a persona from the ground up.
You’ll write, voice, and embody this character. By the end, you’ll present them through a monologue in a final gathering.
This isn't about performance for applause; it's about creative courage, expressive risk-taking, and stretching the edges of how you show up.
You’ll ask:
– What kind of being lives inside this story?
– What do they believe in?
– What do they want?
– And how do they move, speak, and sound when they show up in the world?
What’s Included:
– 6 weekly group sessions exploring archetypes, voice, and character development
– A 45-minute private coaching session to workshop your monologue
– Weekly exercises to build your character's voice, story, world view and physicality
– Online community for inspiration and accountability
– A final sharing circle (in-person or virtual) where characters come to life
