To honour a life is to reach toward what remains;
love, memory, and meaning.
In the hush between endings and beginnings, ceremony gives shape to what words cannot hold. I guide families in crafting rituals that honour the soul of a life lived; tender, true, and unrepeatable.
Each ceremony is shaped by what mattered the most. Together, we might include a shared altar, candle lighting, favourite songs, a storytelling circle, or symbolic acts like planting, scattering, or releasing.
Whether it's laughter through tears, a moment of stillness, or the echo of a song they loved, we create space for real presence. There’s no script but the one that feels true.
My role is simply to listen, reflect, and help you shape a moment that carries the weight of goodbye with beauty, honesty, and heart.

A simple Ritual of Return is included for all funeral and memorial bookings.
This brief, reverent moment may include a few words, a blessing, or a symbolic gesture. If the main ceremony is already rich with ritual, we’ll ensure this closing moment feels distinct and spacious.
RITUAL OF Return
Also known as a burial or interment ceremony, this offering is available as a standalone service or as an expanded add-on to a funeral or memorial.
If you are not planning a larger service, or wish to include a more robust graveside ritual with multiple elements, this can be booked on its own.

SOUND JOURNEYS
Hosted in the comfort of your home, these one-on-one sessions offer a calming space to rest, reflect, and process. Using voice, instruments, and gentle energy work, I guide you through a sound-based experience designed to down-regulate the nervous system and support emotional release.
Whether you're preparing for a loss, moving through grief, or simply needing space to exhale, these sessions can help bring the body and mind back into balance.

Navigating loss and ceremony can feel overwhelming, especially when everything feels tender and time-sensitive.

Q; Can I book you just for a burial or interment if we’re not planning a larger ceremony?
Yes. The Ritual of Burial / Interment can be booked as a standalone service. It’s a meaningful way to honour the moment of physical release with intention, even if no formal funeral is planned.
Q; What’s included in a full funeral, memorial, or celebration of life?
These ceremonies are deeply personalized and may include storytelling, readings, music, symbolic acts, and space for guests to share. We co-create something that truly reflects your loved one’s spirit. Graveside interment is also included if desired.

Each offering includes two 60-minute consults, one to plan your ceremony and co-create the elements that matter most, and one to reflect and integrate the experience afterward. I also offer ongoing support and communication throughout, so you never feel alone in the process.

Q; What if we’re unsure when our loved one will pass—can we still plan something?
Yes. The Ritual of Passage can be created and held whenever it feels right. Whether before death, in the tender in-between, or after your loved one has passed. Some families feel ready to plan ahead, while others wait until the moment calls for it.
Ceremonies can usually be booked with 72 hours’ notice, depending on location and availability. There’s no perfect timeline—only what feels true to you.

Yes, within the Ottawa region and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of this range. I'm happy to discuss logistics during your initual inquiry.
